Sprinkler system installation for the KC metro

New construction or a full lawn upgrade — we design and install Hunter underground sprinkler systems with proper zoning, backflow prevention, and optional smart Wi‑Fi control. Clear packages and free estimates.

What’s included in a new install

Custom design & zoning

Hydraulic layout matched to your water supply, lawn shape, and plantings — not a one-size kit.

Hunter MP Rotator heads

Water-efficient multi-stream nozzles for better coverage and lower water bills vs. old fixed sprays.

Smart controller options

Hunter Hydrawise / HC Wi‑Fi controllers with weather-based scheduling and app control.

Backflow preventer

Code-minded protection for your drinking water — included on every new system.

Drip beds (Family+)

Landscape drip irrigation for flower beds and shrubs without overspray on hardscape.

Commissioning

Pressure checks, zone mapping, programming, and walkthrough so you know how to run it.

PREMIUM INSTALL ADD-ON

Optional: pop-up / flush-mount hose spigots

Not included in package defaults — available on free estimate for new installs and retrofits. Closed, the green water box sits flush with the turf (mower-safe). Open, you raise a brass faucet on a riser and hook up a hose near gardens, driveways, or work areas — no permanent above-ground eyesore.

Pop-up spigot water box closed and flush with the lawn — green lid marked WATER BOX, mower-safe
Closed — flush & mower-safe
Pop-up spigot water box open with brass hose faucet raised for hose hookup
Open — ready for a hose
  • Hose access where you work, without dragging a long hose from the house
  • Flush lid — no trip hazard or standpipe for the mower
  • Sited during design near beds, hardscape, or pens
  • Winterized with fall blow-out along with the rest of the system

How much does a sprinkler system cost?

Cost depends on yard size, zones, water pressure, and features like drip beds and flow monitoring. We publish transparent starting investments on our package table, then quote every job cost-plus so you see materials and labor — no mystery totals.

Typical starting packages begin in the mid thousands for smaller lawns; larger estates scale with zones and coverage. See current package starting prices →
